Promoting good nutrition and health is subject that Foodliciouz services fully supports. For your convience, we have collected a variety of resources that you and your guest can use for further education about health and nutritional topics.
In addition, we have added a tool which allows our customers to easily identify the most frequently found allergens in food. By using the ALLERGEN FILTER (located on the nutrition website) you can select from a list of allergens which will show menu selections that do or do-not contain milk, eggs, shellfish, nuts, etc. If you do not eat gluten, the system can show you items that are gluten free.
Food allergies are a serious concern. New York City Technology of College Dining Services is committed to identifying the presence of the eight major food allergens in the items that we serve. These eight allergens represent the eight most common allergens, but in dining services we recognize that there are many other kinds of food allergies and special dietary needs.
